LIVINGROOM AND KITCHEN
This is an open floor plan with living room, kitchen with island, and dining room combined. Dining and bar seats 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, wine and drinking glasses. Also has small appliances like can opener, coffee makers, toaster, blender, mixer, and Crockpot. Snacks, wine, bottle waters, and condiments included.
FIREPLACE has electric insert for warmth and realistic flames.
INTERNET We have highest speed fiber optics internet available 500 MEG for WIFI to stream apps on TVs including YOUTUBE TV, large assortment of DVDs and BOOKS for both children and adults. OUTDOOR SPACE/DECK If you’re ready to BBQ grill is propane ready to use on the deck. Grassy area is great for yard games. FIRE PIT with 4 chairs will keep you warm. (Bring your own wood)
DOCK is easy walk without stairs from house. Fishing poles, camp chairs, and swim ladder. Free boat slip, Lilly pad, paddle boat, paddle boards, and canoe. Veranda on top with 6 chairs
