We will be visiting in September hoping to eventually to move our almost brand new 35' fifth wheel trailer permanently to Grand Lake for our second year round home.  If someone has a lakefront lot that will allow such a trailer long-term as far as restrictions go, please contact us. Property must have water, electricity in place.  Would also prefer dock and retaining walls already in place.  We would be a fast closing for cash for the right deal.
