So by now I have had dozens of original development projects.
Maintained dozens and updates to dozens of websites.

What do I know?
It is about getting it done.

If it is not just setting up some code someone else wrote.
Or ripping them off by charging to install WordPress for
thousands of dollars.

Most really can not do it, ...
They talk a lot. But there is too much to know.

You would not believe ...

Having studied the internet for over a dozen years.
and having had to study harder than I ever did to become an electronics expert ...
Not that it is harder,  most of it is easier,  it is just the
amount of information to really understand, is almost too staggering to achieve.
And if you are not a programmer, square one ...

People get a little information and are sure they understand.

I am sure you know lots of things about the internet that I do not know.
I have met lots of folks that know a lot of things that I do not know.
I have yet to meet one that knows all I know.
There is just too much to know, even some teams lack major blocks of skills.
I have been doing this every day for over a dozen years, have been coding
since the 70s. I took few courses at TCC and at OSU, just to see what the kids are learning.
Javascript, Internet Security, Internet Laws and Ethics.
The kids are not ready ...  Too Much To Know.
I have seen many a "Developer" come and go.
Most can not be programmers. I don't know what it is, some folks just can't do it.

And to Paraphrase from my lifelong hero Richard Feynman:
I may not be right, but it appears you have not done the work it takes to understand.

I sound like a prima donna, but ...
My advice is always free, and I do know a lot,.
Feel free to ask.
