Though born in Oregon, Roger grew up in the small Northeastern Oklahoma town of Wagoner. It was there at an early age that Roger was first introduced to the sport hunting by his late father, Charles Raglin. Even as a kid Roger always loved to hunt. Though the BKS home office is in Minnesota, Roger still makes Northeastern Oklahoma his home. He lives near Coweta with his wife Darlene.
