| GEFFE The Grove Education Foundation for Excellence (GEFFE) was established in the fall of 1997 by a group of concerned citizens who wanted to help advance educational excellence in Grove Public Schools. In a few short months, GEFFE was established as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, adopted bylaws, organized a charter board, and held its first annual fund-raising banquet. With the proceeds raised from the first banquet in 1998, GEFFE awarded its first two grant cycles and the benefits of GEFFE had begun. |
